Initial Inquiry
The initial inquiry is generally a telephone call or email by the interested client to Sunburst Studio LLC.
Sunburst Studio LLC will briefly discuss with the client decorating ideas, client’s needs, and provide answers to
general questions. If the client is interested in pursuing the services of Sunburst Studio LLC, an in-home
appointment can also be scheduled.

Consultation
The consultation process begins with a visit to the client’s home. Sunburst Studio LLC will further discuss the
client’s decorating needs to include providing design options, taking photos, selecting fabrics and hardware,
and measuring (if needed). Computer renderings and further fabric selection are provided if needed after the initial
consultation. Email is generally the method of contact for renderings, proposals, and project updates.

Project Commences
Once you have decided on your custom treatments, Sunburst Studio LLC emphasizes detailed workmanship
and care in fabricating your custom treatments. Clients are kept abreast of the progress of their
fabrication project throughout the course of the fabrication process via email.

Installation
Sunburst Studio LLC provides installation of all of our products as well as installer referrals. We also complete our
installation process by “dressing” your custom treatments for that picture perfect effect.
